  When a MEMBER: TROOP SUPPORT is identified, at random, Nation-wide, by one of our "Secret Spotters" (identified because they are wearing one or more garments of "Glamoflague" ™, demonstrating their proven support  for our Nation's Defenders and their families) that MEMBER will be asked if they are wearing the "Official Project Gear" (i.e. the male or female undergarments) - proving this: "On-the-spot",  they will initiate their agreement to accept "The Keys" for a quality automobile (transferred in a unique method, beneficial to that MEMBER). Whether or not that MEMBER is "wearing the gear", they are GUARENTEED a REWARD-on-the-Spot.
